How To Decorate Your Home For Fall

I absolutely LOVE Fall-time. It’s honestly my favorite time of the year because the weather is cool and the trees are just gorgeous! Well, my mother (Mary) and I love to decorate our homes for the Fall season. In fact, it’s the one time of the year that we really go all out with our decorating. We start with the front door and move into almost every room on the 1st floor.

Bring The Outdoors In… With These Decorating Ideas

We like to bring in the gorgeous Fall colors (browns, yellow, red & oranges) from the outside into our homes. We use a lot of faux flowers (we try to find realistic ones) throughout our homes. We also change out our dish towels, small kitchen rugs and front door rugs. Well, I hope that you will be inspired to decorate your home for the Fall season!

Think about bringing nature into your home. Use realistic looking faux pumpkins (white, orange, rustic ones), faux tree branches, squirrl figurines, scare-crows, red apples, faux Fall leaves, acorns, and pine-cones.
