Thanksgiving Ideas
- Can you believe this adorable decoration? We bought a silver tray from the $1 store and place homemade acorns surrounding a sparkling squirrel from Home Goods. Check out our Blog page for the “How To” on making the acorns.
- Welcome your guests to your home with a beautiful pumpkin topiary. Place pumpkin in pot. Next, green moss around to fill in gaps. Next, layer magnolia leaves or other type of large leaves and then the last layer place moss with pumpkins.
- Need a splash of color for your Fall table gathering ? Gather some colorful stems from your yard and place in large clear vase filled with water.
- Place your Autumn plates on an orange place mat and brown charger embossed with acorns.
- Place a ceramic Turkey in the middle for a quick and easy centerpiece. The turkey actually serves 2 purposes (1 holds your soup and the other is for decoration).
- Set your Thanksgiving table with beautiful Autumn plates
- We also wanted to make sure that we found pumpkins without stems, so they would stack easier. We bought three pumpkins and this is what it looked like when we stacked them. I ended up stacking them just like this into a flower pot urn on my front porch. Super-Cute!
- We found these 3 pumpkins and yes the bottom 2 are orange in color, but they are not your typical shape for a pumpkin. We found pumpkins that were flat shaped at the top, so we could stack them.
